What is Reebonz ?
Reebonz is an exclusive, invitation-only online destination where members discover designer brands through private sale events, each open for just a brief window of time. We hope to bring our Members a unique shopping experience full of discovery and pleasure. Our focus is a well-edited collection of sought-after offerings from the best brand names in the world — combined with impeccable service. Membership is free but it is by invitation only. Our members help shape the community by inviting their friends — earning Reebonz Credits when each new friend places their first order.

How long will the Event last ?
Each Event opens briefly — two days, sometimes three. This enables us to give Members access to a greater variety of the most incredible brands they crave for, at private sale prices. This ensures that the products we offer on Reebonz is constantly new and updated.

Do sales take place only online or at physical location?
Unfortunately, there is no secret Reebonz warehouse! All sales take place online at our website Reebonz.com.

An item that I want is sold out. Will it ever become available again ?
We are always on the look out for more designer brands to work with Reebonz. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get that item you wanted. So, don’t hesitate and purchase what you covet!

Why are your prices so low?! Are the goods real and are they pre-owned??
Reebonz secures its merchandise from various trade sources in different locations and territories to bring you these amazing deals. All products are brand new and authentic and we take great pains to ensure this. Prices are amazing because most of this merchandize is past season inventory and thus we are able to get these at really attractive discounts. Being online, we have lower overheads as well and are able to pass these savings onto you - the customer!

Invitations


How do I invite my friends ?
At Reebonz, we love it when you share the love with your friends. We want you to help shape and grow our community. When you sign into Reebonz, you will notice a tab called Invitations at the top menu bar. Just click on that, follow the instructions and you are on your way to making someone happier today. Not to forget - increasing your chances of earning more Reebonz credits!

How do I know if my friends join ?
You'll receive an email from us whenever one of the friends you've invited becomes a Member.

How do I know if my friends has made a purchase ?
You'll receive an email from us once a Member you invited has placed their first order. We'll also add to your Credits each time that happens.

How do I receive my credits ?
Once a friend you have invited becomes a Member and makes an initial purchase, we'll add the credits to your "My Credits" total automatically. You can see your "My Credits" balance at the top right corner of any Reebonz page or by visiting "My Account" at Reebonz. You will also be informed in an email sent to you. Back to top

Credits


What is value of 1 Reebonz Credit?
1 Reebonz credits is equivalent to USD ~0.79 on Reebonz.com.

What is "My Credits"?
You earn 5% Reebonz Credits (up to a maximum of 200 Credits) whenever a friend you invited places their first order as a new member. As more of your friends join and place their first order, your "My Credits" balance goes up and up and up.

Please note: Your Credits will appear in your account once your friend’s order has been completed.

How do I earn more Credits?
Invite your friends to Reebonz and shop with you in our Members-only, private sale Events. For each friend you invite who becomes a Member and places their first order, we'll add 5% Credits (up to a maximum of 200 Credits) of the order amount.

Will my credits expire?
For refund credits and credits earned from friend's first purchase, expiry will be 365 days from the date of issue. For promotional credits, they will expire within 60 days from date of issue or as otherwise stated.

Orders


How can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to alter your order once it enters our system. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your payment, just do a quick check to ensure everything is in order and to your satisfaction.

Can I cancel an order?
Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel your order once it enters our system.

What does the comparative price mean?
The price that has the strikethrough on it and which is located immediately above the selling price on our site is the retail price at which an item or comparable item may, in the reasonable judgment of our experienced buyers, be sold on an everyday basis (i.e. excluding special promotions or sales) at retail stores, including specialty or department stores and other non-discount sellers.

You may wish to use the comparative price as a guide in your evaluation of our prices. Because we sell our merchandise over the internet on a international basis, and for other reasons, it is not possible to know if our merchandise is sold at the comparative price in any particular location or at any particular time. Comparative prices may be used as an approximate guide as to what you would or could have paid elsewhere. Back to top

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all credit/debit cards or you can pay via your PayPal account. For selected countries, we also offer other forms of payment such as installment plans or bank transfers. Please refer to your Event Listing page for more information for alternative payment methods for your Country of Residence.

Do I need PayPal account in order to purchase items?
No, you can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options: (1) Pay using credit cards (shown on the left side of page), and (2) Log in PayPal account. Just click on the link on the left to pay by credit/debit cards.

Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover.

Shipping


How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling is calculated at the time of checkout. This will depend on the weight of the item as well as the shipping destination.

How many days will shipping take?
5-7 working days, subject to custom clearance..

When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday.

  • 9am to 1pm local time
  • 2pm to 6pm local time
  • 7.30pm to 10pm local time
  • Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm (For Singapore orders only)

Why is the country I am staying in not in the shipping list?
At the moment, we ship to the following countries only:

If your country is not on this list, it means that we do not deliver to your country at the moment. However, we are constantly updating this list so please do continue to visit the site.

Custom Duties & Taxes


What are Custom Duties and Taxes Charges ?

Custom Duties and Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Most of our products will be delivered interntionally on a Paid Custom Duty (PCD) basis. This means when you purchase those items on PCD basis, import taxes and duties will be calculated for you during checkout. There will be no additional costs incurred by the customer when receiving the merchandize from Reebonz.com.

The following countries will be delivered on a Unpaid Custom Duty (UCD) basis:

  • Indonesia
  • India
This means for the above countries, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Why don't I have to pay Custom Duties and Taxes?

To remove confusion and surprising extra charges, Reebonz absorbs all Custom Duties and Taxes. Therefore, there will not be a case when you are charged any extra fees during check out. We hope to streamline the whole check out process to ensure it is smooth and hassle free for our Members.

Custom clearance

While we appoint our own agents to carry out delivery, all goods are subjected to local customs clearance formalities and regulations of respective countries. This may include providing additional personal documentation or permit as a result of the actions of customs clearance. We will endeavour to expedite that all customs formalities for your order but are not liable for any delays, losses or interference due to customs.

Packaging


International Orders
Your order will be delivered in Reebonz luxurious black box with our signature gold ribbon -- a present, waiting to unveil the surprise within!
However, shoes, accessories and small leather goods will be delivered in their orginal designer packaging, protected by storage satchels provided by the courier company.

Singapore Orders
All designer bags will be delivered in Reebonz boxes and orders for shoes, accessories, small leather goods and apparels will be delivered in Reebonz trademark carriers (unless there is a special request for gift box packaging left under remarks).

Returns & Exchange


What is the return policy?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  • There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
  • This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on Reebonz.com.

All returns will be reviewed first by Reebonz.com and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
  • Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or
  • Full refund in Reebonz credits, or
  • Refund in cash less all shipping and administrative fees.

How do I return an item?
For all return requests, please email us at order@reebonz.com, including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can reach us at our Concierge Hotline at 1800-REEBONZ (7332669). We will inform you once the item has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.
