The Facility and Admin Officer will oversee the reception, facility and building maintenance portfolio in Reebonz including office properties and equipment, telephone system, office maintenance, fire safety, security equipment and procedures.
Job Description
- Manage and liaison person on office equipment and building facilities matters.
- Manage and liaison person for office security including security software system, CCTV,access cards.
- Maintenance and update of all office facilities ie. fire safety plans, air-conditioning, electrical etc.
- Manage office rental lease including renewal etc
- Manage cleaning contracts
- Manage the pantry equipment and area
- Assist with HR and Administrative duties
- Handle all incoming calls
- Receive and attend to all guests & vendors at the reception area
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
- Collect & distribute incoming mail
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- A self-starter
- Good organizational communication & interpersonal skills
- Possess a friendly disposition
- Flexible, possesses cultural awareness & sensitivity
- Proficient in MS Office application (Words/ Excel)
